Making WARRIORS not just softball players.

Our mission. To offer an alternative to the club softball model by stressing individual player development over trophy chasing. At WS, every lesson and team practice is designed to make players better. Winning should be a goal for all club teams. The difference at WS is that we judge the success of our program by the strides made by every individual player.

We stress a combination of team practice with individual instruction to enhance skills and fundamentals. Warriors players benefit from getting more attention, with corrective techniques that then help the team and program develop further.  With 4 professional staff ranging from prior DI to DIII players at each practice, we stress weekly improvement.

Our program puts an emphasis on work ethic and repetitions. We believe more specialized practice allows players greater development opportunity. While each team will have several coaches at practice, we will also be pulling players aside by position into small groups to work with Paige Licata during team practices.

baseball home run

The difference between our program and others is we encourage other sports, extracurricular activities and balance. Our travel program model isn't concerned with first place trophies and total records but instead striving for competitive softball pushing our teams individually and collectively to succeed. Our coaching staff will go above and beyond to better the skill level of all players in our program.
